Alright, copypastaing what I said on Patreon earlier:

This is the first page I've done this way in a long, long time - not since somewhere in the middle of book 2. It's all part of an effort on my part to go back to less digital ways of making art, someday culminating in abandoning digital altogether (yannow, aside from a scanner and basic image manipulating program). I talk more about it in this blog post here: https://zerowastemillennial.wordpress.com/2016/05/28/going-analog-part-1/

This page was inked with my new Kaweco sport classic fountain pen (which I love to PIECES), using Platinum brand carbon ink. Fills were done with a brush and a far more pedestrian bottle of ink than the Platinum stuff.

My pen and ink does not like this paper, though; I've used smooth bristol since going nib-less, but I'll have to go back to vellum from here on out.

Anyways, this page has obviously taken more time to ink than my more efficient digital method, but thems the breaks, and slow is what I'm going for these days anyhow.

PS - if and when I do an AP sequel, it will probably be done in watercolor. ;]

In other news, this page, and the following few has been and will be brought to you by the Rosetta: Audio/Visual OST by Rosetta~
